Do I need a Meet & Greet first?
Yes — every new pup starts with a Meet & Greet before their first day. It's a short visit where our crew gets to know your dog, makes sure they're a good fit for the pack, and checks their size in person. That in-person check is also what sets accurate size-based pricing for grooming and boarding.
What's included in day camp?
A day of supervised play out on the ranch — matched into a small, well-suited group, with rest breaks, fresh water, and plenty of room to run. Choose a half day or a full day, and add a one-on-one Playtime session to any visit.
How does size-based pricing work?
Grooming and boarding are priced by your dog's size — Small, Medium, Large, or Giant. Staff verify the size in person at the Meet & Greet, and every booking after that is charged the tier for that verified size. Day camp is a flat rate, whatever your dog's size.
Can I watch my dog on PupCam?
PupCam gives members a daily report card and a highlight reel of your dog's day, with live viewing rolling out as cameras come online. See PupCam Membership for the tiers.
